Know what you are getting.
Quality vary's greatly in custom cabinets.
Many shops just build boxes and order doors.
It pays to ask what they are constructed with,
such as "Are the boxes made of melamine or plywood?"
Do they use cheap hardware such as compact hinges?
All cabinets from Imaginative Woodworks are made with plywood boxes. All doors are custom made in my shop by me. I am a one man shop so I can pay close attention to detail to make sure you have the exquisite work you deserve. No mass production here.
I use high end 125 degree fully adjustable european hidden hinges, I use high quality slides and offer many options in types and styles. I do not use standard laquer, I use a precatalized laquer and offer a fully catalized laquer option.
I do my own installations so your job is sure to look great from start to finish. |
